Courtney is the Head of U.S. Operations, boasting over 13 years of industry experience. She leads the execution of diverse digital projects and integrated campaigns, including design and film, for clients such as AB InBev, AIG, Ariel Investments, Bayer, HPS Partners, Lazard, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Stanford Medicine, United Rentals, and Waud Partners.
Before joining Radstone, Courtney served as Client Director, Digital at Brunswick Group in New York City and London, supporting global clients. Her expertise spans website design and development, brand evolution, M&A communication, intranets, and annual reports. Notably, at Brunswick, she led the award-winning Ariel Investments website redesign, earning the Digital Impact Awards for ‘Best Corporate Website.’ Courtney kickstarted her career at Resolute Digital, managing custom website and native mobile applications creation and delivery.
Courtney embraces the outdoors, frequently hiking with her dog Arlo amid the picturesque settings of Northern New Jersey and Charlottesville, Virginia. Recently, she’s delved into diverse DIY home improvement, revitalizing old furniture through refinishing projects. Courtney is inherently active, always keeping her hands busy and exhibiting a keenness for continuous learning.
